I started "ALTA BIRDSONG" (my garden), in 1998. I now have one of the most beautiful private gardens in the midwest. In late 2009, my wife and I launched a website, SWMOgardens.com, featuring a photo gallery of ALTA BIRDSONG, hundreds of landscaping ideas, landscape design plans, a gardening calendar, and a how to series. We have a huge collection of Hostas, Japanese maples, and Clematis. I have a library of Fine Gardening magazines going back to issue number 41. I read and reread them over and over to constantly improve ALTA BIRDSONG.
