I have 4 bell pepper plants and one of them the leaves are kind of curling up. Does someone know what this is? Their getting enough water and it is only the one. I had one do this last year and it did not produce very well. Thank you to anyone one that can help.

There are several things that can cause leaf curl, but the very first thing I would check for is aphids, because that will cause the leaves to curl if you have insects sucking the juice out of leaves. Pluck off one of the most curled leaves and carefully check the back of it for any possible tiny insects. If that is the problem you may have to treat for insects. The other possibility may be a virus in your soil. Did you maybe plant them in the same place as last year? If so, that could be your problem too.

Unlike some fruits such as tomatoes, peppers do not continue to ripen once picked. You can eat it as is but it won't have the flavor of a fully ripe pepper. I have found a good site that i think might help you http://ranchcryogenics.com
