The lower lavender plant that is hugging the walkway is ‘Walker’s Low’ catmint (Nepeta × faassenii 'Walker's Low', USDA Hardiness Zones 3-10)and the taller plant rising from the back of the border is milky bellflower (Campanula lactiflora, Zones 5-7).
