Lovely Yard (post #16896, reply #2 of 5)
hello; Spring is my favorite season. It looks like to me your hard work in the yard has
paid off. Very nice. Is the first photo shown here of Lily's? I love these, please tell me
the name so I can get some too. Thanks and happy gardening.

I have to confess that I bought this little bulb years ago and have since forgotten what it is. I tried to google it, but cannot find it anywhere. The bloom is about an inch wide, and the leaves are a bit larger than the leaves of a scilla.
These have spread quite a bit, I think I only planted six bulbs originally. When they finish blooming they have a striped seed pod about 1/2 inch long where each flower was, which also adds interest after the flowers fade. I wish I could find more, but have not come across any.
Does anyone out there recognize this bulb?
