Last wednesday I picked the last rose of this year. Outside temps were at 30 degrees with a light dew. Thank you Mr. Lincoln!

That's a beauty. last Friday my neighbor had some blooms on a shrub rose --which at first I thought was a fake. While I didn't admit to her my envious assumption, I did confess my jealousy.

Oddly I have 3 daffodils up blooming. They be a we bit early,ya know.
