Asparagus plants
I have asparagus plants that are three years
old, They are all frens right now.. Can I cut them back without putting them in danger?

Are those ferns green or brown, last years or this years? If last years and they are brown they have fed the roots and are no longer needed and you can cut them down. If green and grew up this year they are feedeing the roots now and should not be cut down until they turn brown.
The sign of a good gardener is brown knees, not a green thumb.
