i need a phlox (post #16201)

Hello all. I'm looking for a garden phlox--white with a red eye. I thought I saw it somewhere listed as "Nora Not" but can't seem to find it again. The "Not" part referred to it not being a "Nora Leigh" with variegated leaves. I think. Anyone know about it? Thanks.

The only one I know of off the top of my head is the "Prime Minister" Phlox. My brother in law has some of these, and they are white, with a red eye.

Someone with some more knowledge may be more helpful.

I googled 'Nora Not' and the only thing I came up with was a reference to Lazy S nursery. But I couldn't find anything on their website. Perhaps the name changed or it is very new.

I also couldn't find any listing for 'Nora Not' on our plant source database.
