moving mulch
Help ! I have a garden on a hill everytimeit rains hard, the mulch ( pine bark ) much slides down the hill . I have to scoop it up and spread it back out. Does anyone have any ideas?

Depending on the slope of the hill that can be a problem and you most likely will need to terrace that garden to prevent that sliding. That terracing might mean reconstruction or might mean placing a barrier (landscape fabric) every couple of feet to capture the mulch.
The sign of a good gardener is brown knees, not a green thumb.
