When is the best time to treat a peach trees fruit, to prevent the infestation of worms in the fruit? Currently the fruit on the tree is about the size of a medium radish.  The tree is of the Freestone variety.

What is the preferred insecticide to treat the tree?

When, and with what, to spry your fruit tree depends on where you are. The best source of informaiton would be you state universities Cooperative Extgension Service office.

The sign of a good gardener is brown knees, not a green thumb.
