Cabbage Plants
Can anyone recommend the best cabbage to plant for using to make stuffed cabbage (glombki). It needs to separate from the head easily, not have a lot of folds and hold up in cooking.
I live in Zone 5 (Michigan)

I would use a smooth cabbage of some kind, of good size for stuffing. Once you cut off the stem end it is easy to peel the leaves off individually if you are careful. Maybe look at seed catalogs online for "leaves separate easily", or, "good for stuffing."
A sure light in the heavens.
