my basil is turning black on some of the leaves. Why and what do I do..

Yup, we had a straight week of rain which I thought helped basil so it didn't dry out and get bitter...

They don't like to be dry, but it's not good for them to be wet, either, especially in the cooler temps. Once it warms up, they should take off and be fine.
