Herbal Pads for pain relief?

I'm leaping out here with a way off-topic plea for assistance with my holiday shopping. I'm looking for a reputable on-line source for organic herbal pads that you heat in the microwave and use to relieve aches and pains.  Can anyone make a recommendation?

Another couple products  I'd like to hunt down are organic goat's milk shampoos and lotions.

Here's one for the heat pads. It's made with flax seed, though you can make them yourself with buckwheat. http://www.ultimatewatermassage.com/herbal-heat-therapy-intro.htm
You can also google "herbal heating pads and get a whole lot of sites.

Here's a goat milk site, but again, you can google "goat milk shampoo + soap" and get lots of sites. http://www.goatmilktherapy.com/

Thanks very much! I was not sure what key words to use for the herbal pad.

Search engines have gotten so much easier to use. Just use a couple of main words. Things like goat milk would be proprietary (the describer of what you're looking for). Then add (within reason as many words as you need. Just leave out things like "and" and "the", things like that. If you have more than one of a certain thing like goat milk shampoo AND soap, you can either put a plus between the two items (shampoo + soap) or separate them with a comma. The more use use search engines, the more you get the hang of it. And if it doesn't come up with what you want, try different words. You can't break anything.

Hello,

Hi,

As far as a reputable sources go, Gardener's Supply Company http://www.gardeners.com sells several herbal heat products. I have ordered other products from them many times with no problems.

A quick look showed items filled with flaxseed, flaxseed/rice and (this sounded lovely...) flaxseed/rice and lavender, rosemary, and clove.

Try this link:

There is another that I just can't think of right now... if I do I will post it also.

I have for myself a rice filled tube-shape that is wonderful for draping over my neck and shoulders. (Believe it or not I got that from Rite Aid)

I have also seen handmade products filled with rice. I think they might be as simple as sewing a shape and filling it with rice. Maybe there are instructions online. I would imagine one could add herbs as well.

Enjoy!

I, and my daughter have the neck heating pads. I have a rectangular one for my lower back and that is what she would like too. I can't sew worth a darn or would make one.  Tomorrow I'll check out the local food co-op in hopes they'll perhaps sell them.  Thanks to you all for the search hints.
