Fungus tomato problem last summer

Here is Southwestern Pennsylvania, we had a problem with a fungus blight that affected a large number of tomato plants and tomatoes.
What will I need to plan for this year to keep it from affecting my tomatoes. I want to only do organic.

Yes, 2009 was a really bleak year for tomatoes. For 2010, plant your tomatoes in a different place, and pray for warmer, drier weather. It's too late to mention this now, but I will anyway: all blighted plants should be disposed of in plastic bags, not composted.

Good idea, placing them in a more fresher grounds will prevent this problem.
