Refrigerator pickles
I want to make pickles this year but I am wondering how long refrigerator pickles keep in the fridge? How many jars do people make at a time? I've never done this so any information would be helpful.

They will keep just fine up to about a year. About a week or two ago I found a jar in the back corner of the fridge fron two years ago. They were perfectly safe to eat, but the flavor was not as good anymore. I usually only make about 4 quarts, because I like to make lots of kinds of different ones too. How many to make depends on how much you like to eat them.

Thank you for the information. I think I'll give it a try!
