tomato supports
Please advise where to purchase the bamboo arch/trellis on page 42 of June 2011 issue of Fine Gardening magazine?
I would like to try to grow my tomatoes on a tomato arbor, but can't find a source? Please advise.
Thank you

Tomato arbor answer (post #18816, reply #1 of 1)
Hi Mary,
The arbor featured in Scott Daigre's article is actually made out of metal, not bamboo.
Here was the response to your inquiry from the author, Scott Daigre:
"As far as I know that's a SoCal product but there are sure to be other variations out there. The company we used to buy them from is called Mirage, out of San Diego. They have several models and they're all great. Unfortunately, I don't have any contact information and they are a wholesale company.
Many nurseries, including Green Thumb in Ventura, CA do carry them. I'm not sure if they would ship, but here is their contact info:
Green Thumb International
1899 South Victoria Avenue Ventura, CA 93003
(805) 642-8517
Thanks for asking,
Scott
