I have a Philadelphus Virginalis that is constantly plagued by pests.  Those little black insects which feed of it.  I tried all kinds of natural methods and chemicals as well,  they keep coming back.


What to do???

Mishenka, welcome to the Fence.  I've never had insects on my philadelphus.  If you fill in your profile so we can get a good idea of where you garden someone here might have a suggestion that will help.
