David -
I went to www.troybuilt.com and got to their page, searched it and found an "owners manual" button. Seems they need model and serial numbers. If you can't get to that page lat me know the serial # and I'll see if I can get the right manual and price for you.
Woops, I forgot; when you get to the home page click on "parts" to get to the "owners Manual' selection.

Hello Marty, thanx for the reply, model 47276. looks like ???ser. 472760301372 tried the troybuilt site, murray site, mtd site. It is a tomahawk model, there is on ebay a super tomahawk cd that looks like it, might buy. troy built chipper out of business in 2001. Surprised none of the ebay folks have not gotten copies of this manual to sell. It is a basic machine but I like to have owners manuals for my equip.

Just stumbled on an entry in another forum. Seems she found manuals after a three hour online search. Check out www.caans-bilco.com

sacred and lost in a convoluted web of company buy-outs - Troy-Bilt, MTD, Tomohawk, I even saw Sears mentioned in there. Makes me wonder how we'll find parts for our American cars next year.

What American cars next year?
That remains to be seen, I guess. Chevy and Dodge are the most likely candidates.

Hang onto those owners' manuals just in case!

I keep all my old manuals. Anybody need a shop manual for a Fiat 850 Spyder or a Frog Eye Sprite? How about a Datsun Fairlady.

Try customer service 1-800-800-7310. I can't access the information online with the serial #/model# you've provided, but the site provided this phone number for customer support. Good Luck.
